EducationI’ve taught in the Public Schools enough to know there are a lot of improvements that we can make.Responsibility for the education of children should be placed first with the PARENTS, then with the COMMUNITY, and last with the State.The federal Department of Education should be dissolved. This would save billions and halt questionable and unfunded mandates.
